New York City: Museum of Natural History

Today our guide, Julie McA, wanted to show us her city.  The first stop -- the New York Museum of Natural History, which has the largest dinosaur in the world!  One of the super sized dino's toes was as big as me!  So I decided to take the following picture with one of my favorites... brontosaurus! Holla!

I found this dino that I liked.  He looked a little like AC with a long neck, oh and if she didn't eat for a long, long, long time!

I went and looked at giant sea turtles.  They were really cool.  The museum had a lot more than just dino bones.  There was a mural of a whale and a giant squid fighting.  In that room were sharks, lobsters, and other scary fish.  The only thing that would have been more creepy was if there were mannequins in there too!!!  I was super worried about this room, so I ran out.  A told me that she used to be scared of this room too!

A fact I learned along the way was that Night at the Museum was filmed here.  One of the usher guys said, “Dum Dum is over there.”  I expected to see somebody my dad had talked about before but I just saw this guy… to whom I asked, “Why the long face?” HA HA HA!  Here is A and I making Dum Dum's face!

Next I was off to get something to eat.
