The OP (Original Pooh)

One of the goals of my trip is to see some of the most bizarre and interesting things across America.  I have been using a variety of different resources, including Google, Mommy and my friends at Roadside America!

I love Pooh Bear - he looks funny, talks funny, and is just hilarious!  I found out where the original Pooh Bear is on display.  It turns out that he is at the New York City Library!  My tour guide "A" knew exactly where that was.  I went there and blew bubbles in front of the scary Lion statues and the homeless guys laying on the stairs.

The library was HUGE inside.  They had a few more books than what was on mommy's bookshelf.  The original animal that inspired A.A. Milne to write the Winnie the Pooh stories were on display.

All of them looked kinda ratty, and Tigger was not orange, but I suppose they were pretty old.  My mom's Pooh Bear could certainly fit in with this bunch!

After I saw the original Pooh Bear I went to story time.  "A" came with me while my daddy hid!
